Summary
Sugar Pop Blocks is a free block puzzle game. It has no ads, no in-app purchases and no account in the app, and it never asks for your name, e-mail, contacts or location. Anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports are collected through Google Firebase to balance the stages and fix bugs.
Data stored on your device
Stage progress, stars, tutorial progress and settings (language, sound) are saved only on your device and are not transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Gameplay statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
The app sends events such as app start, stage started/cleared/failed (with moves, stars and remaining goals), use of the hammer, hold and rotate boosters, tutorial progress and language changes, together with app version, device model, OS version and language. Firebase assigns a random app-instance identifier; it is not linked to your name or contact details. Crashlytics sends crash reports (stack trace and device state). Google processes this data under the Firebase privacy information. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
| Data | Purpose | Processor |
|---|---|---|
| Gameplay events, app-instance ID, device/OS info | Difficulty balancing, app improvement | Google Firebase Analytics |
| Crash stack traces, device state | Fixing bugs | Firebase Crashlytics |
Web version only: optional cloud save
On the web version you may choose to sign in with Google to keep your progress across devices. Only your highest unlocked stage and stars are stored, under a random Firebase user ID (Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). You can sign out at any time; contact us to delete the saved progress. The mobile app does not offer sign-in.
Children
Sugar Pop Blocks is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of data associated with your app-instance identifier. Deleting the app stops all collection.
