About this game
TIDEHAUL is a single-player underwater spearfishing game operated by TENMILES (주식회사 텐마일즈) under the KEKE STUDIO brand. You can play without creating an account. The app does not include advertising, gameplay analytics or a developer-operated cloud save service.
Information on your device
Your coins, equipment, stored catch, field guide, daily goals, ocean stock levels, story progress and settings are saved only on your device. The game does not send these records to us. Deleting the app or clearing its storage removes them. Your device's own backup settings may affect how local data is retained.
Game settings download
When it starts, the app may download a small game-settings file (event dates and balance values) from kekestudio.app. This request contains no game progress or personal profile. Like any web request it reaches our hosting provider (Cloudflare) with your IP address and basic device/app information, which the provider processes to deliver the file. We do not use it to identify or track you.
Optional purchases
The game is free to play. Optional in-app purchases (a supporter pack and coin packs) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play with your store account. The app reads the store's product, transaction and entitlement information to deliver or restore purchases, and keeps recent transaction identifiers on your device so a purchase is never delivered twice. We do not receive your card details, store password or payment credentials. Purchases on Apple and Google Play are separate.
On Android, Google Play Billing may send Google technical diagnostics about billing operations, such as response codes, app version and device/operating-system information. TIDEHAUL does not send these diagnostics to a TENMILES server. Store services process information under their own policies: Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Support requests
If you email us, we receive your email address and what you choose to send, and use it only to answer you. Please never send passwords or full card numbers. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence unless retention is required for an unresolved dispute or by law.
Children and privacy
The game does not request your name, age, contacts, location or photos, and has no chat or player posts. A parent or guardian can manage optional purchases with the store's parental controls.
